Terms and conditions

1. What ProxyOff is

ProxyOff is a subscription service that, when it detects Cloudflare is being blocked by internet providers in Spain, automatically disables the Cloudflare proxy (the "orange cloud" mode) on the domains the customer has registered in their account, so those domains stay accessible. When the block ends, the proxy is re-enabled automatically.

2. How it works

The customer provides a Cloudflare API token with limited permissions (read and edit DNS records on their own zones) and selects the domains (Cloudflare zones) they want us to manage, within their plan's limit. Our system periodically and automatically checks the blocking status and enables or disables the proxy on those domains accordingly.

3. Plans and pricing

Plans are monthly subscriptions with automatic renewal, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing dashboard. Plan changes (upgrade, downgrade or cancellation) are managed through the Stripe billing portal.

4. Limitation of liability

The service depends on the availability of the Cloudflare API and of the external source used to detect blocks. We do not guarantee 100% availability nor a specific reaction time for each block. The customer is responsible for the validity and scope of their own Cloudflare token. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of the token, from changes made by third parties to the customer's Cloudflare account, or from the accuracy of the blocking-detection source used.

5. Acceptable use

The service is intended to keep legitimate websites accessible when affected as collateral damage by shared IP-range blocks. The customer agrees to use it only on domains they own or for which they have express authorization to manage.

6. Cancellation

The customer can cancel their subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
